As a primary practitioner in CA, Licensed Acupuncturist can diagnose and treat a variety of different ailments including various musculoskeletal pain syndromes, headaches, nausea, colds/flu, anxiety, depression, pre/post natal support, stress management, trauma release, mental/emotional support, women's health, etc... Acupuncturist use a variety of modalities including insertion of acupuncture needles, manual therapies (ie cupping, moxa, tuina, shiatsu, guasha), nutrition, lifestyle habits and exercise.

Integrative Bodywork

Massage Therapy is a manual therapy used to bring circulation, awareness, break up old scar tissue, break up tension, reduce stress and is very complimentary to Acupuncture.

Heather Bedient is a Nationally-Certified and California Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Certified Massage Therapist. With over 20 years of holistic bodywork experience she offers a unique treatment style that incorporates eastern and western philosophies of health with skilled, intuitive touch. Because of her extensive bodywork experience she has a natural aptitude for orthopedic, sports medicine and pain management related cases. She also treats women’s health, pregnancy, pre/post natal, headaches, allergies and common cold. Heather has also been practicing Classical 5 Element Acupuncture for the last 5 years.
